NYSA DK BOBBLE HAT

By popular demand you can now knit my super popular Nysa Bobble Hat in DK (US Light Worsted) yarns too! 

The lush cable that decorates this gorgeous bobble hat is easy to knit!

Choose to make your own pompom, add a faux fur pompom or simply wear your hat with no pompom at all.... all look great!

This easy cable knit repeat pattern is perfect for new knitters who are ready to explore cabling. You will just need to know how to work a simple C6f and C6b.

This knitting pattern has instructions for the following sizes:
0-2 months, 2-6 months, 6-12 months, 1-3 years, 4-7 years, 8-12 years, Teen/Adult S / Adult M/L

The hats shown here have been knitted with Debbie Bliss Rialto DK. You can also  choose any DK yarn that recommends 4mm (US6) needles.

Tension
Stocking stitch                
10cms = 22 sts                   
10cms = 30 rows

Measurements
This cabled hat has a lot of stretch due to the ribbed knit throughout the hat.

You will need:

60 (70, 80, 95, 110, 125, 140, 160) gm Debbie Bliss Rialto DK

NOTE: When choosing alternative yarns refer to the yardage/meterage below as you will most likely need more or less yarn depending on the type of DK yarn you choose.
138 (161, 184, 218.5, 253, 287.5, 322, 368) Yards
126 (147, 168, 199.5, 231, 262.5, 294, 336) Meters

1 pair of 3.25mm (US3) single pointed needles / or DPNs or fixed circulars
1 pair of 4mm (US6) single pointed needles / or DPNs or fixed circulars
Cable needle 4mm (US6)
Pompom-maker

Separate detailed instructions are included to knit this hat either:
FLAT on a pair of SINGLE POINTED needles / or IN THE ROUND on DPNs or FIXED CIRCULARS
