KNIT A BOBBLE HAT WORKSHOP

Get your friends together on a Saturday at my studio to knit a simple super chunky bobble hat. 
This could be perfect for a birthday get-together,  a hen party or just an excuse to spend a few hours with good friends. Buy all 6 tickets if you would like the studio to yourselves. If you are looking for an alternative date to the one listed as you have particular date in mind for a special occasion, do get in touch and I will look into it for you.
Smaller groups can come along to this workshop but would share the studio with other keen 'bobble hat makers'.

This friendly and relaxed hand knit bobble hat workshop will take place in my cosy cottage studio in Oxfordshire.  

If you can work a simple knit stitch and a simple purl stitch you will be able to knit this simple super chunky bobble hat with my help. You should expect to go home with a finished bobble hat! 

There will be lots of super chunky colours in the studio so you are sure to be able choose a colour that you love

This workshop includes the materials to knit your hat, plus a light lunch, tea, coffee and homemade cake. 

FAQs

How many friends can I invite?

My workshops normally have a maximum of 6 students so that you get lots of help and advice. I could however accept a group of up to 8 friends if some of you are experienced knitters and able to knit your bobble hat with very little help. Just get in touch to chat about purchasing additional tickets.  

What skill level is this workshop?

New Knitters upwards, who can work a simple knit stitch and a simple purl stitch

Where is the event held?

The workshop will be held at Blackberry Cottage Studio, 25 Eynsham Park Estate, Cuckoo Lane, North Leigh, Oxfordshire, England OX29 6PW (just outside the historic textile town, Witney... a lovely place to visit)

My cosy cottage studio is set within the grounds of Eynsham Hall in a creative and inspiring community of fine artists, designers and crafts people. We love it here..... and we hope you do too!

The studio is a working design studio for most of the week, but I open it up for some workshops throughout the month as I love to pass on this amazing craft!

Is there parking at the event?

There is a customer car park just outside the studio so parking is easy and convenient.

Is there disabled access?

Both the studio and toilet facilities are on the ground floor. There is room for wheelchair access within the studio.  Do contact me to check that access will be ok for you before booking.

What do I need to bring to the event?

All the materials that you will need are available to use during the workshop, so you won't need to bring anything with you.

What about refreshments?

A light lunch, tea, coffee and home-made cake are included and available during the the workshop.

Can I cancel my ticket

Yes you can cancel your ticket up to 7 days before the workshop to allow time for another student to take your place. 
If you find you can't make it it to the workshop between 1 and 6 days before the workshop, we are happy for you to transfer your ticket to a friend.
